Since these answers get kind of redundant, I'll just make a blanket statement here:
Touching Clocks casually is generally fine, but likely to make him freeze or flinch away.
If you need to physically move him, just go ahead in your tag and I'll probably be like "yeah that's fine." Chuck him like a baseball. Just do it.
If significant contact (e.g. kissing, fighting) is going down, I'm sure we'll already have talked/be talking and we can check in as needed. I am not particularly good at threading combat and would rather we hash out the general sense of things beforehand before playing with details in real time.
Using psychic or empathetic powers on him? TOTALLY COOL, HE HAS NO DEFENSES. Feel free to pick up anything in brackets and let me know if you're looking to scope any particular deets from his horrendous mess of a brain.
