i dont know TOO much about those species in particular but if youre familiar with how earth cats work pokemon that resemble animals were used to arent actually all that different needswise i mean theyre a lot smarter and also can cause no end of trouble with their wacky powers but if you feed them and watch them run around outside and keep them off the furniture or whatever theyll love you back pretty simply their being smart really helps cause they actually understand what youre saying unlike regular cats which i understand to be hairball ejecting shitheads
