Where's Dear Abby when you need advice?]
Have you ever been in a situation
Where you knew something somebody else didn't
And you weren't sure if you should tell them or not
Like you knew that if they found out they'd be really upset but there's also nothing they could do about it
And you don't want them to blame themselves
Or
Get mad at you
But pretending it didn't happen feels
I don't know
A lot like lying I guess
What would you do in those circumstances?
I'm asking for a friend.

Sure is an answer
Are you sure man everyone else has been all THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE so I'm a little surprised to see the dissenting opinion represented here

My apologizes, perhaps my answer was a little knee-jerk.
However, if you feel as if the consequences of telling the truth outweigh the consequences of not telling the truth, it's better to keep lying, I think
no subject
I just
I want them to be happy
But even though I know what I'm sitting on isn't fun happy times I suspect they won't be cool knowing the only friend they know here is keeping shit from them
Again
