Have you ever been in a situation
Where you knew something somebody else didn't
And you weren't sure if you should tell them or not
Like you knew that if they found out they'd be really upset but there's also nothing they could do about it
And you don't want them to blame themselves
Or
Get mad at you
But pretending it didn't happen feels
I don't know
A lot like lying I guess
What would you do in those circumstances?

And playing it down like it's not a BIG secret doesn't really help me since then I'm just extending the lying to myself

Yeah...it sucks having to talk about painful things, but sometimes it just needs to be done. And it's hard to know the right way to do it, too.

But not even the good kind of boring!
Just horrendously tedious in a constant low grade anxiety kind of stupid lonely way

Jeez, that really sucks. At least my life started out decently normal...though given my family's history, it's kind of a miracle the peace lasted as long as it did. Made it up to age...6? 7? Before everything went to hell.
